Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any manager of an institution dies, his legal representative shall, within fifteen days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in Form G, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every lease of trust property then held; and the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi shall enter the intimation in the register within ninety days of its receipt.
