Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the person discharging effluent into a stream shall apply to the Tribunal in Form C for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
