Application for registration.—Every organiser of a conference attended by foreigners carrying on the holding of conferences attended by foreigners shall make an application for registration to the Foreigners Regional Registration Officer in Form C, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every registration certificate held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
