Intimation of change.—Every organiser of a conference attended by foreigners shall intimate to the Foreigners Regional Registration Officer, in Form X and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Foreigners Regional Registration Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
