Intimation of change.—Every person carrying on the business of a pawnbroker shall intimate to the District Magistrate, in Form IV and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the District Magistrate shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty rupees.
