Bye-law 33, National Medical Commission (Fees of The operation of ambulances) Bye-laws, 2021 [SFG-H35]
As at 7 September 2026. In force from 18 November 2021.
Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the ambulance operator shall apply to the State Medical Council in Form 21 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees, and the State Medical Council shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fourteen days of the application.
