Authorised agent.—Any ambulance operator may authorise, in writing, an agent to make applications, furnish returns and receive notices on his behalf under these bye-laws, shall intimate to the State Medical Council in Form 19 the name and address of the agent within fourteen days of the authorisation, and shall intimate the revocation of the authorisation within forty-five days of the revocation.
