Intimation of change.—Every ambulance operator shall intimate to the State Medical Council, in Form 25 and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the State Medical Council shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
