Surrender of certificate.—Every ambulance operator who ceases to carry on the operation of ambulances shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the State Medical Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 20-B of the manner in which every register held by him has been disposed of.
