Maintenance of premises.—Every ambulance operator shall keep the premises where the operation of ambulances is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every certificate of registration kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the operation of ambulances, and shall furnish to the State Medical Council in Form 25, within sixty days of the commencement of these bye-laws, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
