Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any co-developer dies, his legal representative shall, within ninety days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Punjab in Form ANF-2A, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every certificate of origin then held; and the Government of Punjab shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and eighty days of its receipt.
