Conditions of registration.—Every co-developer shall carry on the development of infrastructure in a Special Economic Zone only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every register of imports in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such register of imports for inspection on request by the Deputy Director General of Foreign Trade, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
