Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the co-developer shall apply to the Government of Punjab in Form SEZ-1 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Government of Punjab shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
