Conditions of registration.—Every authorised dealer shall carry on dealing in foreign exchange as an authorised dealer only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every importer-exporter code in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such importer-exporter code for inspection on request by the Deputy Director General of Foreign Trade, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
