Application for registration.—Every authorised dealer carrying on dealing in foreign exchange as an authorised dealer shall make an application for registration to the Board of Approval in Form SEZ-2, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every export order held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
