Application for registration.—Every captive generating plant owner carrying on the operation of a captive generating plant shall make an application for registration to the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board in Form IV, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every cylinder held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
