Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any autonomous body receiving grants dies, his legal representative shall, within twenty-one days of the death, intimate the death to the Public Accounts Committee in Form GFR 12-A, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every grant then held; and the Public Accounts Committee shall enter the intimation in the register within sixty days of its receipt.
