Intimation of change.—Every holder of a composite licence shall intimate to the Government of Kerala, in Form B and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Kerala shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one lakh rupees.
