Bye-law 20, Securities and Exchange Board of India (Appeals of The custody of securities) Bye-laws, 2021 [SFF-FGJ]
As at 7 September 2026. In force from 9 March 2021.
Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the custodian of securities shall apply to the Board in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees, and the Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
