Intimation of change.—Every shopkeeper in a village market shall intimate to the District Panchayat, in Form 8 and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the District Panchayat shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty rupees.
