Periodical return.—Every mortgagee of agricultural land carrying on the taking of a mortgage of agricultural land shall furnish to the Revenue Divisional Officer, within seven days of the close of each year, a return in Form 14 of every parcel of land received, held and disposed of during that year, and shall preserve a copy of the return for fifteen days from the date on which it is furnished.
