Regulation of the taking of a mortgage of agricultural land.—No mortgagee of agricultural land shall carry on the taking of a mortgage of agricultural land except under and in accordance with a licence granted by the Revenue Divisional Officer under this Order, and every such licence shall be in Form 3.
