Clause 2, Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books (Land revenue receipt Control) Order, 2021 [SFF-AME]

Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020 (Telangana Act 9 of 2020); (b) "mortgagee of agricultural land" means a person carrying on the taking of a mortgage of agricultural land; (c) "survey number" means a survey number received, held or disposed of by a mortgagee of agricultural land in the course of the taking of a mortgage of agricultural land; (d) "Form 14" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
