Regulation 2, IBBI (Fees of Dormant companies) Regulations, 2021 [SFF-A35]

Definitions.—In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (31 of 2016); (b) "dormant company" means a person carrying on the holding of assets by a dormant company; (c) "share" means a share received, held or disposed of by a dormant company in the course of the holding of assets by a dormant company; (d) "Form INC-1" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
