Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the producer of films shall apply to the Board of Film Certification in Form VII for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees, and the Board of Film Certification shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
