Surrender of certificate.—Every producer of films who ceases to carry on the production of films shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Board of Film Certification in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VI of the manner in which every copy of a book held by him has been disposed of.
