Application for registration.—Every publisher of news on a digital platform carrying on the publication of news on a digital platform shall make an application for registration to the Advisory Panel in Form V, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every certificate held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
