Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the publisher of news on a digital platform shall apply to the Advisory Panel in Form V for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees, and the Advisory Panel shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
