Intimation of change.—Every foreign company shall intimate to the Registrar of Companies, in Form ADT-1 and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Registrar of Companies shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
