Surrender of certificate.—Every insurer issuing policies who ceases to carry on the issue of policies of insurance shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Sub-Registrar in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every impressed stamp held by him has been disposed of.
