Intimation of change.—Every overseas citizen of India shall intimate to the Protector of Emigrants, in Form D and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Protector of Emigrants shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand five hundred rupees.
