Intimation of change.—Every owner of premises used as a polling station shall intimate to the Delimitation Commission, in Form 7 and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Delimitation Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
