Manner of service of orders.—An order or notice under these rules shall be served on the owner of premises used as a polling station to whom it is addressed by delivering it to him personally, by registered post with acknowledgement due at the address specified in Form 12, or by electronic mail at the address furnished by him; and the Delimitation Commission shall record the manner and the date of service within ten days of the service.
