Report of inspection.—The Chief Flight Operations Inspector shall, within twenty-one days of an inspection, submit a report of the inspection to the Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau in Form CA-8, and a copy of the report shall be furnished to the operator of a remotely piloted aircraft on request.
