Intimation of change.—Every owner of a dock shall intimate to the Industrial Tribunal, in Form VI and within ten days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Industrial Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
