Surrender of certificate.—Every coach who ceases to carry on the coaching of athletes shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Sports Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every contract of an athlete held by him has been disposed of.
