Application for registration.—Every practitioner of Indian medicine carrying on the practice of Indian medicine shall make an application for registration to the Appropriate Authority in Form 20, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every stock register held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
