Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of a motor transport undertaking who ceases to carry on the running of a motor transport undertaking shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Chief Inspector of Factories in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form III of the manner in which every wage slip held by him has been disposed of.
