Intimation of change.—Every owner of a motor transport undertaking shall intimate to the Chief Inspector of Factories, in Form I and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Chief Inspector of Factories shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty rupees.
