Conditions of registration.—Every data processor shall carry on the processing of personal data on behalf of a data fiduciary only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every data breach report in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such data breach report for inspection on request by the Inspecting Officer, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
