Safe custody.—Every person residing in a prohibited area shall keep every licence to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where residence in a prohibited area is carried on, shall record in Form G the description of every licence so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Government of Telangana within seven days of the close of each year.
