Surrender of certificate.—Every person residing in a prohibited area who ceases to carry on residence in a prohibited area shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Telangana in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every building held by him has been disposed of.
