Intimation of change.—Every mortgagor shall intimate to the Custodian of Enemy Property, in Form 8 and within one hundred and eighty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Custodian of Enemy Property shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
