Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any holder of a reconnaissance permit dies, his legal representative shall, within three hundred and sixty-five days of the death, intimate the death to the Director of Mines and Geology in Form B, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every mining lease then held; and the Director of Mines and Geology shall enter the intimation in the register within fifteen days of its receipt.
