Application for registration.—Every institution accredited by the Council carrying on the training of arbitrators shall make an application for registration to the High Court in Form F, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every award held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
