Rule 10, West Bengal Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Fees) Rules, 2020 [SFD-TQJ]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the owner of a high-rise building shall apply to the Civil Defence Controller in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Civil Defence Controller shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one day of the application.
