Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the builder of a group housing scheme shall apply to the Authority in Form D for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
