Surrender of certificate.—Every real estate agent who ceases to carry on the business of a real estate agent shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Housing Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every brochure held by him has been disposed of.
