Intimation of change.—Every observation home shall intimate to the Child Welfare Committee, in Form V and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Child Welfare Committee shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty rupees.
