Intimation of change.—Every authorised user of a geographical indication shall intimate to the Registrar of Geographical Indications, in Form 5 and within three hundred and sixty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Registrar of Geographical Indications shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty thousand rupees.
